Fat loss or Muscle Gain?

Hey, guys
I am currently doing P90X and I am on the third month. I am 5'6'' and weight 135-140 lbs. I have gained muscle
with P90X but I still have fat around my belly area. I do cardio everyday one day I will do 16 min of jump rope and the next day I will run/jog (im building up to a 5K!!!) I eat clean and now I am confused on weather to eat more to keep gaining muscle or to reduce my calories for fat loss? I am REALLY confused on what I am suppose to do for muscle gain and fat loss....any help/advice would be appreciated! I want to build muscle but I do need to loose fat as well. Thanks in advance!! =D
