Need help for maintain weight plateau

I am on diet for like one month but since week I am suffering from maintain weight plateau- not loosing weight- I am not taking carbs or sugar also I am walking one hour daily.
I need your support how to increase my metabolism

    A week of not losing weight is normal, just keep at it.

    Please don't panic too much. I've been losing weight since late August, and there have been times where my weight stayed the same for two weeks. But it always ends up going down again, and usually it goes down very rapidly after the week or two of staying the same. One month is not very long, I'd say it's way too early to be reaching a plateau, unless you've only been been eating 50 calories less than usual.

    Try to check your weight less often. For your case, I'd even recommend only checking once or twice a month. Our weight fluctuates a lot, and it can be discouraging when you are looking at it on a day to day basis rather than a weekly or monthly one.
