Well just over a week until the new year !!! And I’m wanting to and ready to do the whole New Year new me kinda thing but instead of it being a goal in so many weeks I want it to be a lifestyle change.
My Ideas and aims
🌼 Drink 2 litres of water a day
🌼 Exercise 3/4 times a week
🌼 Aim to provide myself healthy choices over quick unhealthy ones
🌼Eat less meat
🌼Reduce my sugar intake, mainly sweets chocolate and fizzy drinks
I’ll look forward to if anyone wants to join me 😊

I have different goals, so won't be joining you. I am curious why you would wait until New Years if these things are that important to you. Why not introduce some of those things now?0
