How Much To Increase In Beginning

I’ve always struggled with gaining weight and I’ve blamed it on high metabolism and am now realizing I simply don’t eat as many calories as I thought. I also feel sick if I eat breakfast usually. So 2 questions.
1. To start, how many calories should I add in to avoid feeling bloated and semi sick?
2. What are some extremely calorie dense foods I can eat to help with not having such high volume to avoid that overly full feeling?
Thanks in advance!! 5’4” female, 31, 112 lbs

Start at maintenance, add 200 after that.
And, peanut butter3 -
Gaining 1/2-3/4 of a lb per week is probably ideal. So roughly 250-350 calories will be fine. If you want, adding a few glasses of fairlife chocolate milk can make up that different.2

It’s also a nice time to add some higher calorie treats. A couple scoops of full fat ice cream. Reece’s Peanut Butter Cups..1
