Your best

What is your current "best" exercise. IE what are you disproportionately good at compared to other stuff? It can be anything, a mile time, a bench press, whatever.

For me, there's two and they kind of tie together: Deadlift and farmers walks. My dead is currently 475 and my farmers are at 355 or 365 (I'm not exactly sure if the trap bar is 35 or 45 actually). My stats on these are disproportionately good compared to say, my bench or squat.

    Endurance ... long distance cycling and improving at longer distances in running.

    Hip thrusts. I do a variation of them 3-4x per week so that makes sense.
