3rd Baby Body Blues

Hi, I'm Star!
Ive always been a bigger women, but I had 2 kids and bounced back pretty fast and didn't 'hate' my body for long after they were born... Fast forward 4 years later, I'm 24 and having baby number 3. Bounce back? Not even close. I packed on the pounds and when I hated myself, I ate some more. Stuffing everything in my face that was fatty, salty, sugary! Now... I'm at a steady 219... I'm only a week into this new life style, learning that I can enjoy things but that means I need to work harder. I dont work out, I walk a lot though, regularly 2 hours a day. My hubby is buying me a fitbit for Christmas to help count steps and I bought myself some weights to help work on my flabby arms. But I don't have a scale, I've used my mums but it tells me I'm 204 and then 177 and then it says 219... So I'm actually not sure what I weigh. Any tips/advise will be welcomed! Also if anyone has a scale they could suggest I would be so grateful!

In that case, you should use a measuring tape and take measurements every 2 weeks. Or use a smaller piece of clothing. Well, you might should anyway for weeks that the scale (should you get one that works) does not respond. Inches go down sometimes while the scale is derping around on you.
I had 4 kids. All while obese, and they were all monster-sized. Talk about a wreck! I lost the weight though finally. No bikinis for me, though my one-piece looks pretty good.
Consistency + Persistence + Perseverance +Time. The magic formula. Stick with that, and you've got this.
