Have to change the way I meal plan!

After many long discussions and a lot of praying, my husband took a position as a sheriffs deputy. It means huge changes for our whole family. One of the many is meal planning! My one year old is easy enough but because my husband will be working 5 pm to 2 am, I have to look at changing how I do everything. I work 8-5 and shad needs to have supper before his shift. So I need to prepare individual meals that each of us can bake, heat in microwave etc. I don't want him eating TV dinners or other convenience items all the time and I need to keep them healthy so I can stay on track with my weight loss goals! I know i will need to do a lot of pre planning and prep! So I'm reaching out to the MFP community for input. From everything to recipes to storage ideas to containers and all the other things I probably haven't thought of. Thanks in advance!
