Anyone Doing Jillian Michaels app?

Hi. I've used to be in shape, but according to my BMI I'm borderline obese.

I somehow became so overwhelmed with my new job that I put on 30+lbs. Between that and eating like crap and medication. So I'm doing something now. I'm not waiting until New Years. It's happening now. Not only am I fat, but I'm not able to lift as much as I could last year even. It's embarrassing.

I used to work out to Jillian Michaels videos and I really enjoyed it and it kept me in shape so I checked out her app today.
So far the first work out was pretty on point for what I'm used to from her, and only required dumbells and 30 minutes a day, which I should be good for when work gets busy.

Anyone else using or exercising with this app? Feel free to add me as a friend.
