Calorie intake

Just started using MFP weight of 150 6 ft it has recommended I eat 3600 calories to put on 1 lb a week. Does this sound accurate? Based on everything I’ve seen online it seems quite high.

    Try it for 4 weeks, and see what happens. Then adjust up or down as needed. At your height and depending on how active you are day to day, it could be right.
