Get to goal weight in 2019

Stayed on track and managed to gain 0.5lb this weekend 😱 its a marathon not a race ... need to just keep on going and not let it bother me.5

I let myself slip after that 0.5 lb gain last week. I am back now and re-committed.
This week I will:
Apple Watch: close my activity ring and stand ring every day. Close my exercise ring at least 3 days.
Log: log all meals into MFP and all water on my watch app. Daily weight. Blood pressure at least once/day.
Calories: stay within budget
Water: 70oz/ day1 -
I would like this year to be the year I get down to a comfortable weight. Currently I weigh 158lbs. I want to reach my goal weight of 140lbs by July 2019! I feel optimistic that I can do it if I can just stay under my calorie goals and stick to it. It will require dedication and persistence. Here’s to losing the weight this year!! We can do it!1

Hi. Hopefully this challenge can help motivate me to get to my goal weight. I'm looking to hit my goal weight by April or May of this year. I'm currently on a calorie deficit. I try to take in 1200 calories a day. I also IF every now and then and I'm trying to workout more often.

I'd like to join!
I started losing weight last year and went from about 165 to 145. I then had a few months where I stalled and then over the winter I put on a few pounds again.
My current weight is 150 and my goal weight isn't set, I'm aiming for around 125 but it depends how I feel comfortable.
I struggle with reactive hypoglycemia so I spent a lot of time trying to balance snacks with weight loss. I've come a long way with my diet but am still having bad days, I've recently been lowering my carb intake and so far it seems to be going well.1 -
I am in, hit my goal weight before Christmas but have put 7lbs on with Christmas, new years, birthdays etc in the past couple of months, determined to now get back to goal and maintain it.

I'm in too! This needs to be my year, after a couple of years of losing a bit I want to make the push in 2019.
No idea what my goal weight is as I've never been there, but somewhere between 150 and 170?!
Started the year at 204 and am now about 192 but saw a 188 last week. Low last year was 185 so my first major push is to get into and out of the 180s, and then see how I feel, look etc and try to make a goal.

My New Year's resolution was to get healthy, and that starts with weight loss and exercise. Began my journey (December) at 153.5 lbs, goal is 130 lbs, currently 136 lbs. So far so good! I'm 58 years old, 5'2".
Going to a conference in a week, and I'm desperately trying to figure out my eating in advance so I don't backslide.
Eating style IIFYM. Reducing fat % goal every few weeks... I'd like to gradually move to the Ornish diet to control my bloodwork. Been on the cusp of hypertension and hyperglycemia for a few years, and I am planning to avoid the prescription trap by changing my diet and overall health.
Once (not if!!!) I make goal weight, my next goal is going to be regaining flexibility and strength. At least now I can bend forward to stretch and my stomach doesn't hit my thighs before I can get close to the ground!1
