Hello.... back after a time away

Hi I have returned from a long time off the site. I have sort of been popping back on but due to a recent health scare I have got to take this serious. This time it has to be for good. I have over 50lbs to lose and have joined the gym. I do have to start slowly due to recent blood pressure issues, severe migraines and anxiety issues.

I have started a blog and filled in all my measurements and completed my profile this time. I have also got hubby to take photos. All crap is out of the fridge. I am planning to eat healthy lowering my carb and fat intake. It has suggested I eat approx 1360 calories but wonder if I should lower this to start off. Any advice woukd be appreciated.
