Hello all , many years ago I lost 120 lbs in 6 months of pure determination and faith, I stopped about 2 yrs ago and gained 50 back, it’s time to shed those pounds and get back to where I was and I will. We are all here for a reason to keep check on ourselves and to help those in need.
