Well, six months today. -40lbs and -8% BF. Feeling good! Can’t wait to see what the next six months does to muscle definition and that last layer of BF!

Thanks all! Just started a mini cut to see what I look like down another 6 lbs. Amazing what counting macros can do for you. If you’re just starting...keep at it. Progression happens differently for everyone. Just stay the course.2
