Anyone able to lose weight whilst on Cerazette (Help!)

Hi

I wondered if any of you on cerazette managed to lose weight? I am in my 4th month of taking it and have noticed a lot of water retention everywhere- swollen fingers etc which has got worse over the last 12/14 days. More water and exercise isn’t helping. Does this go away? It’s helping my moods but I was already at the top end of my healthy weight and now I’m 8lb up since 29th October! I’ve been exercising the last 3 daddy’s which usually reduces my weight by about 2-3lb but nothing!
Should I quit this pill?

    I lost weight on it, but was only on a fairly low dosage, had quite a bit to lose, and was very strict with my diet. I do know people who put on a lot of weight on it.
    If you're retaining water, might be worth looking at your salt intake.
    As soneone who has been all sorts of sizes and all sorts of mentally well/unwell, I would take working meds over my weight any day. But if you aren't happy with them, definitely talk to your doctor.
