Anyone here do it?
I just got done doing one for the first time in ages, nothing crazy long or 90lbs or anything (gotta let those joints re-adapt), but it felt really good.

I don’t know if it’s real rucking, but I’ve got a twelve pound railroad plate I put in my pack when I hike, no mountains here, mainly hilly woods and flats. One to theee hours at a time . Thinking about adding weight to the pack as I lose. Got lots to go.0

Weight in a pack = rucking, doesn't matter where. If you're gonna go above 30lbs if suggest a real ruck though, not a backpack. I did 45lbs today in a north face hiking backpack and I'm telling you that was a lot worse on the back and shoulder pads than a real military style ruck.0
