Hey everyone need some insight on some exercises to do before I have back surgery. I am wanting to lose 10-15 pounds, the only issue I have is my back and left leg hurts and it’s hard to bend or stretch. If you can help me out I would greatly appreciate it!

I think you should seek advice from a qualified physical therapist for back exercise. However you can lose weight without exercise (I have) by eating at a deficit.
Just put your stats in to lose 0.5lb a week. As you don't have much to lose you dont want too agressive a calorie goal. Then eat the calories that MFP gives you.
