i dont get candy, so i dont have to worry about it. leftovers are just food - same as any other. most of the ham is going into a ham and veggie soup today.

After holidays I give myself an extra day to eat leftover treats, and then whatever’s still around I give or throw away. I can’t have wanted it THAT much, or I would’ve eaten it first.

I took all the gingerbread houses and reenacting scenes from Attack on Titan...
...taking on the role of a titan of course.

We have a “Christmas Leftover Potluck.” Works well!

Christmas at my house isn't typically the big feast that Thanksgiving is. We usually do Christmas eve dinner...ham, mashed potatoes, and a veg...usually roasted brussel sprouts and a pie or something for desert.

We don't usually have much leftover save for some ham. I usually make a split pea soup Christmas day with the leftover ham bone and some of the ham...the rest of the ham goes for sandwiches and whatnot.

My kids get candy in their stockings...my wife and I typically get some good chocolates from friends and relatives and just have a piece for desert in the evenings...most, if not all of it is gone by New Years.
