Hello ! I have tried lots of methods of counting my food, recently trying to intuitive eat but needing structure. Had done macro plus with macros and even worked with coach for reverse diet. I am just trying to figure out if I add in my exercise as I already put in my workouts in my profile and I feel that the calories given to me are reflecting the work outs already. Calories for me at 5'2" 118 , full time RN 1600 if I add exercise it bumps me to like 1800 +, which for fat loss seems too much. Thanks in advance
