First time back in a few years!

Hey everyone! This is my first time back on MFP in a few years. I realized it was time to really get into it when I recently weighed myself and saw that I am the heaviest I've ever been and have officially broke 200 pounds. I'm really scared and upset that I've let myself get this far, but I recognize that I need to do something about it! Hopefully by keeping track of what I eat, I can be more mindful and try to make healthier choices :)
