Do you guys track pre-workout (30 min - 1hr prior) foods?

I do now, but I thought maybe because you'll be burning off that food it would unnecessarily eat into your macros/calories per day. Just a thought I had and I thought I might ask here and see what you guys do.

Ideally, your body is going to burn off all the food you eat, so a preworkout snack is just like any other food.1 -
Yes. It is still calories being consumed and counts toward your net total for the day.0
