Bicep cramp

About a year and a half ago I dislocated my shoulder and sprained my bicep. Now a days if I curl any more than 2lbs,my bicep cramps up and I have to drop whats in my hand. Any ideas on how to overcome this?

Since it's such a light weight you're struggling with, I recommend getting a consultation with a physical therapist to see what options there are for improving that arm.4

Another vote for seeing a physical therapist or other medical professional. Your injury was 1.5 years ago and you can't curl more than 2 # - sounds like something is still wrong.0
