Hi all! I am reposting this from my group post since this is where most of the discussion is:

Just discovered this group via your December 2018 forum discussion which I found motivating. I love the idea of setting monthly or short term goals. I fell completely away from my exercise and nutrition goals in 2018 as I focused on a few others so I want to bring those back for 2019. I am hoping to be a helpful member of this community. Thank you for making it an open group!
