Someone help me! Please(:

Hey, so this is round two for me. I previously lost 15lbs but then I went backwards by going out drinking all the time and my exercise came to a halt. Decided to stay positive and start again. I'm about to start p90x in a few days and really make a change this time. I need someone who can hold me accountable and kick my butt into making sure I continue this through every day as I can tell this is going to be hard. Any help, support and motivation would be extremely appreciated. Thanks(:

    Welcome back. I'm not a good "accountability partner", but I wish you luck in your pursuit.

    A drinking day now and then is okay - the problem is the overeating it can cause. (Well, other than the obvious other bad things that can happen if you drink too much :tongue: )
