    I've actually gone to a 'cool' baby shower - It was basically a fun afternoon with everyone (men too) and lots of wine:)) no ridiculous games etc., so that's my pick

    WYR live in your dream condo space but have to climb 10 flights of stairs to enter/exit the building

    live in a mediocre space but have private elevator up to your suite?
