Charcoal or gas BBQ Grill?0 -
Charcoal will always be my favourite, but i am loving my gas BBQ right now, because so much space.
But with charcoal it's much better to smoke your meet/fish and gives better flavour, so in the end i choose charcoal.
My current one is kinda broke, so need a new one, next to my gas bbq. Gonna save up to buy a green egg next year

Ribs! I have my perfect recipe, and it will come clean of the bone after prepping and preparing, takes about 7-8 hours, but so worth it
