Goals for Year 2019

What are the goals for Year 2019 ?

    Eat whole foods.
    Walk at least 6k steps a day.
    Have a colorful diet.
    Exercise at least 30 mins 5 days a week.
    Be the mom my baby needs (in good health.)

    Finish paying off my debt (except the house, that's several years off).
    Save 6 months emergency fund.
    Meditate daily.
    Spend 20 minutes per day cleaning an area of the house that needs it.
    Landscaping and have a garden.
    Read/listen to one non-profession related book per month.
    Goal weight (or within 10 lbs).
    I haven't decided on the numbers yet, but will be setting strength training goals.

    Start making a small amount of money on eBay per month

    1) Drink as much water each day as soda.
    2) Continue on my running plan transitioning to marathon building after my last "fast race" of the year in July.
    3) Maintain my weight between 120-125 (currently at 130).
    4) Continue working towards breaking 22:47 for a 5K and 49:30 for a 10K.
