Hi all! I'm looking for friends who aren't doing crazy keto or cross fit or whatever fad diet or tea is popular at the moment.
I promised myself that I would look better at 40 than I did at 20...and if I don't lose about 40-50lbs and stay fit once and for all that won't be happening.
It seems as though every single time life gets crazy busy I put on weight. And every time I put on weight the number creeps higher. I finally realized that I was just dieting and working out in my spare time and dropping it when other things came up.
So this time I'm not rushing it, doing things I hate doing or eating in an unsustainable way. I'm eating properly, exercising and doing cico properly (I hope)
