Just wondering on the food diary is the percentage goal the max you should eat or keep it under if this makes sense thanks

    Hi,
    I think your referring to the macros, ie; carb, protein and fats. If so, then keep within those proportions, but it would be better to exceed your protein % than your fat %( in my case). Hope that helps👍

    I don't know what the default setting is, a PT set mine in 2016 and i've not looked at it since. 🤔

    Seems like my carb level is 50 per cent so if I have a large banana it takes it over or am I missing something?

    It will adjust as your day goes on and you keep adding what you eat. 😁 at the end of the day you can then see your days intake split scross the 3.
