So tomorrow my favorite team is going to be playing in a bowl game. I will be st parents house so what are some healthy food that I can make and bring for everybody?

How do you define healthy? Low calorie? Nutrient dense?
If I am bringing a snack to an event like this, I usually bring a dip (hummus, salsa) along with a bag of tortilla chips and some lower calorie vegetables. I'm also a fan of things like chocolate chip cookie dough balls, things that are higher calorie but small portions so it's easy to choose how much you want to eat.2 -
Everyone defines “healthy” differently. If you want relatively low calorie things, Jane had good suggestions. You could also try fresh fruit with dip. There are a lot of lower calorie fruit dip recipes that use things like fat free cream cheese, Greek yogurt, or light Coop Whip.0

I cook mine in the oven tossed with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and olive oil. I'll keep them in the oven until they get soft, and some of the leaves start to burn and get crunchy. They're quite good!0 -

My go-to is a bunch of chopped colorful peppers (red, orange, yellow & green) with hummus - homemade or Store bought, plus grapes washed but on the wines and a bowl of nuts. It’s pretty and always gets eaten!0

Spinach and artichoke dip is always a crowd pleaser! I was surprised how low calorie it was when I made it. If you are looking for lower calorie options, swap out regular cream cheese for neufchatel cheese, light mayo for regular mayo, and sour cream for light sour cream (I like regular sour cream, light mayo, and neufchatel cheese in mine). Then you load it up with spices, a can of artichokes cut up small, and a thawed/drained container of chopped spinach. I love it because it tastes decadent, but can easily fit in my calories and tastes good with chips or veggies!

I used this recipe as a base, and made some adjustments to taste, as mentioned above. I also included spices, since this was a bit too plain for me; I used a little bit of pepper, garlic powder, and a little bit of salt. if you divide this up into 8 equal servings, it should be around the 150 calorie range per 1/8 serving (depending on whether you use light or regular items in your recipe, of course).0 -
Chili is what we had. 400 calories for a 12 oz bowl with lots of protein if you use extra lean beef.0

I have recently discovered Buffalo Cauliflower Bites and adore them. They are baked rather than fried. You could make ahead and reheat, but since this is at your parent's house I imagine you could make them there as well.
