Hi. So I started my weight loss journey in September. Gym and clean eating got me down from 11st 11lb to 10st 11lb for Christmas. So far iv gained 4lb over the Christmas period which isn't too bad. New year is a fresh start. I train at the gym 4 times a week and I eat so much! All clean healthy foods which really do fill me up. Iv also made an inspiring instagram page to help my progress and hopfully inspire others.
