Time for a change!

I'm going through a very rough breakup. I am going to be 50 years old and feel like I am starting over. I realize I have 2 choices, I can either give into this grief and completely let myself go with food, alcohol and no exercise or I can make the best of this. That is what I have chosen to do. My appetite is pretty much gone right now due to the upset and I have told myself whenever I feel sad I am putting on my tennis shoes and walking! I have been walking 3-5 miles daily!! I sure could use some motivation!! I want to lose at least 30 pounds. Thank you for reading this!
