Does anyone actually use it and think that it has made a difference in your fitness level and goals. I feel like it’s just an app taking up space in my phone.

I have been running for the better part of a year and am going to start trying to workout more ( no gym access). And am looking for ideas and inspiration.

The Richmond Half Marathon was my last big race. Then I stopped running as much over the holiday season. But my friend and I have set a goal to run 1 race (5ks, fun runs, 8ks, 10k, and a few half’s) every month for 2019. I still feel like I should be working on more than just running though, so I’m I need of inspiration.

I use the plans either lean fit that is bodyweight or gym strong that requires some equipment.
The routines I use give some variety and are like circuits, some are rep based others timed. I don't have any particular targets other than general all around fitness and doing something I enjoy.

I like nike training app and use it to crosstrain for running. Great functional exercises. but most of the routines require some basic equipments so I’m not sure how useful the app would be for you if you didn’t have gym access.
