I’ve tried over and bounced back & forth between here & WW never Successfully tracking my points. I am now 50 pounds overweight and very tired. 2019 is going to be my year. Can anybody please help me and show me how to connect with other members for recipes & support?

It's still the same old thing. Eat less. Move more if you want to eat more. Log everything. Use a scale to weigh things that you eat.1

100 lbs to lose 2019 my year my goal i can try & hopefully succeed and stick to it never done ww or slimming world going to give mfp my best shot to try and stay on track and buy a scale.. gd luck0
