Hey friends tell me one thing (or more) you plan to work on the New Year!

Setting a goal of
  • 15 books read in 2019
  • 90 minutes of walking per week
  • 8 glasses of water per day
  • Separate work/home life. Spend less than 3 hours per weekend doing school work
  • Cook 3 meals from scratch per week
  • Keep my closet organized, and all my clothes on hangers. Put laundry away within 24 hours.

Every year I set resolutions around losing weight and exercising and I never stick to it. 2019 is the year I work on myself for me, not for anyone else. I am working on becoming the best version of me I can.

    Those are good goals.

I set a reading challenge of at least one book every two weeks with my SIL.

I think my in general I’m just trying to be kinder to myself in 2019. I need to stop attributing my success to luck and start recognizing that my hard work has paid off, and it’s ok to be proud of myself.

I’ve jotted down a few things that I’d like to focus on this year. Yoga every day, be outdoors as much as possible, not sweating the small stuff, being more present.

I want to get back to running routinely. It clears my head and makes me feel good.

I call these my New Years and/or my 50th birthday resolutions, which is in Feb. Whichever will get me off my a**.

    Drink more water
    Exercise more consistently
Only eat fried food 1 day per week
Only drink 1 pop a week
    Eat more fruit and vegetables

Good luck to us all and here's hoping that we all succeed to what really counts!!!!
