Just wanted to introduce myself, I signed up on Tues. a girl in my zumba class told me to check it out so I did. I really like the idea of keeping a food log, it really makes me think twice about what I am eating. This week I am trying to eat the 1200 cal. but am eating the stuff I usually do, just to get an idea of where I need to make changes. My motto is, I did not gain all this weight in one day so I am going to take it off slow and make the proper life chages, like eating right and moving more.
