So a little backstory, I wasnt an athlete in school at all. I graduated at around 125lbs, got into fitness in my mid 20s and worked my way up to 183lbs. I fell off around 2 years ago and I just cant get back into a routine. I need someone to hold me accountable and make sure Im staying on track. Lets help each other reach our goals!!
