Hi
This is Depp naren from Central NJ . I am an ex athlete .cyclist until 2013 who is concentrating on a healthy lifestyle after stopping competitive cycling since a training mishap . I tried CrossFit open in 2016 but I believe that sport again gets too competitive and takes a toll on you rather than promoting a balanced life style . Now I have combined what I learnt from cross training to do combination routines starting with warm up , power core ,non power core and ending with aerobic .combined with healthy cooking and meal planning I believe IAM on a very progressive streak . I share my stories mostly on Instagram which you can follow @deppnaren . Hopefully if we have similar intersets and routines looking forward to collaborate .
