Howdy :)

I've used My Fitness Pal in the past, but not for a few years. I'm back because I'm making some changes for the new year and figured I could use a little support. I quit smoking back in October and gained 20 pounds in the process. I'm going on keto to help me lose those 20 pounds and to get back into running & hockey shape. The plan is 6 months of keto to build better eating habits and build my endurance up, while doing C25K and getting back to running. After 6 months, I plan to tweak my diet & reintroduce carbs while getting back into recreational hockey.

I put a lot of research into this over the past couple months and I think I can do it, but having others who are going through the same thing and getting advice & encouragement might mean the difference between success & failure. So, here I go! :)
