When I originally lost weight I began to lose hair, I am now looking to maintain and went to a dietitian who recommended 12-1500 daily... my gear watch says i burn 1322 daily, myfitnesspal reccomended 1300 for me being sedentary at 4"11 and I am eating at 1400, does this seem accurate? Just dont want to lose hair anymore...

Remember the MyFitnessPal estimate is 1300 + exercise calories whereas the other two estimates will most likely already include an average amount of exercise.
The estimates are in a fairly narrow range, after a month or so you will have a better idea and can fine tune things if required.4 -
are you sure the hair loss is related? If it is it means that you are potentially getting too few calories. start here and see what it turns up and go from there.0
