Hello! I'm new around here - but not new to this journey

Hi, My name is Andy and I know - I'm on the NEW YEAR FITNESS KICK. This isn't just a casual thing though - I've been planning to start my new life habits for several months now. I went on weight watchers in March 2018 and stuck to it until August 2018. I lost 30lbs through careful eating and regular walks and exercise. I didn't really fall off the wagon, more like imperceptibly waft off it. I just relaxed and here I am after the holiday season with a bit of a hill to climb.

I've set myself a 365 day challenge. Tomorrow is day 1. I don't drink or smoke so not overdoing it on New Years Day isn't a biggie. Instead, I'm off for a long walk in the countryside.

I have a fitbit, Myfitness Pal, Diet plan and a plan to get back to the exercise routine of last year. That involves re-joining the 5am club for a little while, to ensure the steps are done before I start the day. I've also started a blog.
