Ready for 2019

I'm new here. I started working out the past 3 months after an absence of 3 years. I was just into working and going home to sleep. Now I enjoy water aerobics, zumba strong, weight training classes. I need to work on my diet because that's the biggest problem I got right now but I'm ready 2019 * let's do this!

    I am in the same boat. I have been working really stressful job the past few years and life has finally started to sow down. I recently started working out a few nights a week and have found a love for water aerobics too! I hope that in 2019 I can work on eating better and cutting back on sugar and processed foods.
