I plan to make a proper effort in 2019. I have 22kg to loose this year. I have gradually been increasing for the past 10 or so years. I've had a few crash diets which worked at the time but i put it all and more on.
I am at my heaviest i have ever been and unhappy about it.
I have a real motivation issue, i know what i need to do and how to do it but really struggle to execute and stay on track.
I've recently had a few injuries the last bring quite serious so my only form of exercise is probably brisk walking meaning most of my focus needs to be on my food and eating habits. Interested in the 16:8 and will be trying to find a book on Amazon to read.
Keen to hear from anyone who has any advice or encouragement, also don't have many people in my friends list so feel free to add me.
Thanks for reading.

Don't try to do everything all at once, that's what usually gets people. Set your goal to lose 1 lb per week and just start logging. Good days and bad days. Make it a habit, like brushing your teeth or making your bed. Learn from your food log and pick one thing to fix at a time. Read the Most Helpful Posts threads pinned to the top of each forum. Welcome and good luck!0
