RA and exercise

I have RA and I find when I try to increase my exercise or the intensity I have major flare ups. I was wondering if this happens to others with RA and if so what have you done to combat that.

I am sorry that you have to deal with such an awful thing. I have had loved ones get RA, and they tell me that swimming can be an excellent source of exercise that helps their RA instead of works against it. I think swimming keeps you limber.
I'd check at the pools in your local area to get a membership. In fact, I took a water aerobics class and LOVED it, but you could also do aqua jogging or something. Best of luck!0
