Hi All,
I am looking for some supplements to help me make the most out of my work outs. My main focus is to lose weight. I have quite a bit to lose. Any suggestions?

Biggest thing if you are wanting to lose weight is to have a calorie deficit. Calorie deficit=weight loss. If you are wanting to make sure the majority of weight you lose is from fat instead of muscle to lower your bf% and have a leaner look at your desired weight....then make sure you have sufficient protein and lift weights using progressive overload. If you have trouble getting sufficient protein within your calorie goals, then a whey protein powder can help you as a supplement to ensure you get the protein you need without over doing your caloric intake.5
