Just an aging man trying to remain young
Will be updating this as time goes
I'm highly overweight (240+ at 5'8")
I'm addicted to late night crunching/chips
Seeking friends who will help or motivate me into doing better

    You can do this! Smart, small goals are a great way to reach your ultimate goal. Late night munches are difficult to overcome in my experience. Have you tried any healthy swaps for chips or portion control techniques?
