I’m looking for accounts to follow so that I can get help figuring out what to eat🤦🏽‍♀️I would love to give and receive a little extra support on this journey 😀

    You can eat whatever you want as long as you’re within your calorie goal. There is no food that promotes weight loss, and you don’t have to cut out any foods you like unless your doctor has told you to do that.

    You may feel full for longer if you eat more protein, fat, and/or fiber. Which one(s) work for you are a matter of personal preference that you can figure out through trial and error.

    It might help if you posted some parameters. It likely won't be all that helpful to you to follow someone whose goal is 2400 kcal/day if yours is 1650. Or if you have any restrictions like lactose or gluten intolerance or you have chosen a specific WOE (way of eating) like vegetarian or keto, it would help to mention those as well.
