October 5th 265lbs to January 1st 235lbs. Finally starting to see a slight difference! 😍 Motivation has been hard to find, being unable to see any changes. But it’s FINALLY happening!

I encourage everyone to take photos and Measurements! Its often hard for us to see the diff in the mirror but seeing the #'s shrink lets us know its working. Keep up the good work2

The difference is amazing. Particularly if you take your pics with your face showing that's where the changes appear the fastest. Great job!1
