10 Pounds Down...90 To Go

On Thanksgiving I made a decision to be healthier. Tired of being tired, fat and unhealthy I began to leave the sweets behind in pursuit of health. I've not made large, sweeping changes but rather a day to day concious decision not to eat like crap. It's working. I've seen results in a month with minimal effort, so now I'm kicking it up a notch and tracking my food. My goal is to lose 100 pounds by my 38th birthday, which gives me just shy of 2 years. I'm not in a rush and I'm not in a frantic. I'm just finally ready to be healthy and willing to do something about it. If you're with me, please add me and when can cheer each other on along the way!
