Hi I have done keto with good results and also added in fasting but just wondering if you can still use the fasting approach but have carbs on a daily basis so fasting with carbs or will that just be counterproductive?

Fasting won't do anything for you in terms of weight loss unless you are in a calorie deficit. Nothing. So if you are fasting, and in a calorie deficit, yes you can have carbs. Calories are king, carbs don't matter.3

The method that helps you lose weight (my assumption) is the one that helps you keep a consistent calorie deficit. Calories (not carbs) are most important for weight loss.
Fasting is just an eating schedule and low carb (or very low carb) is just one way to reduce calories. If your question involves medical issues....then please clarify and someone can help you out there.1
