New year and fresh. Time to get healthy. Last year was crazy with two surgeries and the diabetes. I want to make it happen this year. I want to lose weight and get my a1c down.

You can do it! I was able to get my A1C down within the normal range by diet and exercise. Good for you for taking a step in the right direction.0
